Love it

I love my Hume Band! While people around me are swapping their Apple Watches for Whoop, I'm sticking with Hume. I appreciate the updates that keep improving the product. The insights are incredibly helpful, and the strap feels much more comfortable to me.

I used to wear an Oura Ring, but after a while I wasn't finding it very helpful. My husband bought a Hume Band and loved it, so I gave it a try too. I've been hooked ever since. One year in, and it keeps getting better

I've had it for a year and learned far more than I expected about my patterns, the choices that help or hurt me, and what recovery means for me. It's shown me what I can do on high-capacity days and taught me a lot about my sleep. I like seeing the numbers line up with how I feel. I've even used the metrics to understand when and how much wine I can have while still feeling good the next day. I love Hume Prof, especially that it refers to my own data when I ask a question.

Excellent Device

I've had my Hume Band for almost a year. Prof.AI has helped me work on my sleep and recovery and suggested more ways to improve my fitness. I think it's a useful tool for athletes at any age or ability level. I also like being able to see how my habits may be affecting my pace of aging.
